I had the same roommate after college for 4 years. Great ones are hard to come by. You know the kind – clean, responsible, wears the same size clothes as you. Whitney was just that, well except for the clothes part {I’m almost a foot taller than her} BUT there were some items we could share. She wore my shirts as dresses, and I wore her necklaces as, well, necklaces……
Now that I have a new roommate, I’m realizing it’s harder to complete outfits if I’m missing one piece. I can’t rummage through Whit’s closet anymore. So, what was I supposed to do when I thought up this look and nothing else in my closet would be better than the made-up one?! Go to the boyfriend’s closet. I REALLY needed a grey sweater and I didn’t have one. We are almost the same size, and there is such a thing as boyfriend jeans so………….boyfriend sweater?! I like it.
