As you probably have noticed on of my favorite pieces to wear is an olive green utility jacket of some sort (more posts about them here, here, & here). It is one of my favorite types of layering items because they really can be worn any season through out the year! I recently picked this one up from Banana Republic and have been waiting patiently for the weather to warm up enough to wear, and this weekend was nothing but gorgeous weather! (Sorry NYC friends).
For this look, I wanted to keep it a little more dressed up, but still have a relaxed & casual feel. I paired it with my faux leather pants (closet staple) and some neutral suede pumps. I love jacket as a little oversized and drapey; it will be great in the spring as a layering piece with my feminine dresses & booties.

Beautiful look! I love a good drapery, oversized utility jacket and this one is on point! You styled it perfectly, simple with a touch of edge! Love it!
