Earlier this year I invested in what has now become one of my favorite closet staples. I have always been one to try out the current trends, but classic pieces will always be a consistent part of my wardrobe. You might remember seeing this trench vest pre-spring here. As it was still chilly I was wearing it with a soft wool sweater. However, now that it has warmed up, I decided to bring it back out and style it appropriately for spring.
I love it paired with my favorite basics; ripped skinny jeans & a comfortable white shirt. It pulls together this look effortlessly and still remains casual & chic. The perfect pairing in my book. I have found a few other similar trench vests perfect for spring. All in different fabrics, silhouettes, and colors for endless possibilities. I love this suede one (now on sale) and this military green option would be so pretty paired with a head-to-toe white look.
