I got a ton of questions asking what to pack for a winter destination. I will do a full blog post on what to take for day & night outfits as well as the ski gear I use. But for now, here is a quick peak at the outfits I’ll be wearing throughout the trip when I’m not hitting the slopes. Telluride is such a walkable town, and when you go from indoors to outdoors frequently, layering becomes key. I packed a few jackets & coats, cashmere sweaters, jeans, snow boots and faux leather booties (these work fine in the snow), a couple hats, and scarves. I will say the number one thing you need for Telluride, or any ski destination is a quality puffer coat. My Bogner coat has been a life-saver. I’m seriously never cold when I wear it!
