Are Leopard Midi Skirts Still in Style? How I’m Styling Mine For 2020

If you’re unsure if leopard midi skirts are still a “thing” in 2020, the answer is simple: OF COURSE they are!

Maybe that answer is bias. We all know how I feel about leopard—it’s my favorite non-neutral neutral! However, I don’t think I’m wrong on this one. Midis are the perfect middle ground between a maxi or mini skirt, and leopard is never not in style, so the leopard midi is the perfect piece of clothing all-around! I found this great one by Halogen at Nordstrom and cannot wait to wear it out in public once restrictions are lifted, but I thought I’d play with styling it before then because why not?

Not only is this skirt on sale right now, but the pleated design makes it incredibly flattering. Plus, a leopard midi is ideal for dressing up or down, depending on the occasion and your mood. For a fun weekend look, pair it with an iconic denim jacket, my favorite white tee ever, and a pair of casual/cool sneakers. This entire look from Nordstrom is perfect for brunch to patio drinks to an impromptu group dinner on a Saturday!

If you need a quick date night outfit, consider slipping on the leopard midi skirt with a flirty top like this Topshop one at Nordstrom, and sliding into these perfect Steve Madden slide heels to pop it up a notch. Instantly, you have a fun, flirty look to enjoy dinner and a cocktail with your SO.

You can’t go wrong no matter how you style this leopard midi skirt from Nordstrom. It’s versatile yet unique in the best ways, and the outfits you can create are endless!
