A Week of WFH Outfits to Help You Feel Productive

nordstrom WFH Haul

I've been working from home for nearly 4 years now, and let me tell you, the #1 piece of advice I can provide is to get up and get dressed. Staying in pajamas all day has never made me feel productive. It doesn't have to be anything fancy and I encourage comfort. Since we've been in quarantine for over a month, I've been finding creative ways to wear some of my favorite spring styles that work (no pun intended) for WFH and of course all my favorites are from Nordstrom. There are so many pieces that that are perfect for those WFH meetings to wear now and post-quarantine. Below I'm sharing a weeks worth of WFH outfit inspiration to help you feel the most productive during this time.

Monday

Starting the week off strong with my go-to little black dress. I've had this for years and it's still a favorite. Typically I dress it up with fun heels and a stylish jacket, but working from home, I've been pairing it with sneakers and a denim jacket. It's the perfect balance for feeling dressed up, but still comfortable putting in those 8-hour work days.

Tuesday

This is my busiest day of the week. Between conference calls with my teams, and scheduling out the rest of my content for the week, I need to feel my best. Even if I'm wearing just a t-shirt and jeans, adding an extra layering piece to complete the look is important to me. Plus I tend to get chilly, so keeping something lightweight nearby, like this cotton/linen cardigan is essential. It layers easily over my favorite white t-shirt and jeans for a casual yet put-together outfit.

Wednesday

I love a good spring sweater, especially one as soft and lightweight as this one. Paired with white jeans and a denim jacket its the easy spring outfit, and comfortable for WFH meetings. Right now its on sale at Nordstrom, so perfect time to grab it to wear now and post-quarantine.

Thursday

This is another busy day for me. I'm getting most of the content for the week and following week ready, so I'm at my computer nearly all day. Because of that, I need a great pair of leggings and something comfortable on top. These Zella leggings have been my go-to for years, they are high-waisted obviously so comfortable. This utility jacket is soft, drapey, and easy to wear for long hour days. I love the frayed hem detail; makes it a little edgy.

Friday

Earlier this year I started implementing half-day Fridays. I tend to start my week on Sunday, so I give myself Friday afternoon and all day Saturday off from work. Since its basically the weekend come Friday, I want to be as comfortable as possible and this jersey jumpsuit could not be more comfortable. What's great about it, is post-quarantine I'll be wearing it on date night with some heeled sandals, traveling in it with sneakers and a denim jacket, and so much more. This might be the best WFH outfit you can wear during quarantine.
