I have often talked about the importance of investment pieces – they can be the foundation of your wardrobe and a timeless classic that is versatile year after year. You might remember seeing this suede trench coat earlier this year (read here), and I’m so happy to finally able to bring it back out for fall/winter! I fell in love with this coat when I first got it, but since it was already warming up in Texas, I wasn’t able to wear it as much as I had wished. I have anxiously been awaiting the arrival of the crisp fall weather so I could start wearing this beauty around.
Suede has always been a favorite texture of mine, so combining it in a timeless silhouette like a trench coat, makes this piece subtle perfection. I love being able to through it over a casual outfit for weekends, but it can also be easily dressed up with a LBD and pair of sleek stilettos.
