Every once in a while, a new trend comes along that you fall hard for. For the past several weeks, I’ve been highlighting coats and jackets because my closet is filling up with them. However, my latest addition has me swooning: this teddy bear coat.
Cozy, faux fur coats are nothing new. They’ve been around for a while. However, the teddy bear coat trend is on the rise and it’s amazing. We all want to feel cozy and warm during the winter while still looking stylish, and this coat does just that. Nordstrom’s Topshop collection never lets me down and totally nailed this wintertime trend. I love their version of the teddy bear coat for a few reasons. First, the rich brown is the perfect tone. Second, the double-breasted detailing make it super chic. And lastly, it’s undeniable comfortable and cozy as can be!
And the best part? You can wear this teddy bear coat over a simple tshirt in the winter and it keeps you so warm. However, for this look, I paired it with a new favorite cashmere turtleneck, denim, and over-the-knee boots to elevate it even more. Everyone needs a teddy bear coat this winter.
