A few weeks ago one of my best friends and I decided to book a quick getaway to Paris and enjoy the fall season. This was not my first trip to Paris (and far from the last), but it was definitely one of the best times I’ve had! While it was mostly a work trip for us, we were still able to walk around the neighborhoods, enjoy the beautiful weather (even the rain was pretty!), and eat the most amazing meals. Truth be told, before the trip was over we were already planning our next visit to this magical city.
Because the weather can be a little unpredictable this time of year, I knew coats, sweaters, scarves and boots were essential. I recently found this check coat from Topshop and was waiting for the perfect opportunity to wear it. I layered it with a cozy turtleneck (you should see the button detail!), and my go-to jeans & booties. Throw a blanket scarf on and the look is complete for a crisp fall day. We explored the Palais Royal and Tuileries Gardens; I could just spend hours wandering around and taking in the beautiful scenery!
