You know those investment pieces you just know you’ll have forever, no matter how many seasons go by? This oversized striped sweater by Totême is 100% one of those pieces for me. I loved this sweater so much I also bought the black version too. For this post, I styled this amazing sweater with a pair of jeans & loafers. This is a great work outfit with jeans that is both sophisticated and casual, meaning you can wear it to meetings and for a post-work cocktail without skipping a beat. My Honest Review

Comfort & Quality:

I’ve had this sweater for over a year now, and have been very pleased with the quality and how it’s held up. I haven’t had any issues with piling and love that the knit is light enough to tuck into my jeans. While the content is a wool-blend, it is not itchy AT ALL. This sweater feels more like cotton than anything else. I always feel like wool has a bad rap, but when its blended with other fibers, its not as noticeable like a 100% wool sweater.

Sizing:

This style is designed for a looser, oversized fit. The sweater runs true to size; I’m wearing a size XS. I would be cautious to size up since the long sleeves are already slightly exaggerated.

Care:

I typically wear my Totême sweater a few times before dry cleaning. The label says hand washing is fine, but I like to dry clean to protect my investment and also save me some time! (If you do hand wash, be sure to lay flat to dry).
