Happy New Year! I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays, I can’t believe how quickly 2015 came and went, but I’m excited for a new year with experiences to enjoy! We celebrated the New Year in Hawaii as an annual tradition with my family. Even though it is considered busy season on the island, we love going to the same spots and seeing familiar faces year after year.

One tradition Karl and I have, is to always wake up early enough to watch the sunrise. Whether its from the top of Koko Head Crater, or sipping coffee and watching the pastel skies change colors on the beach, the view is always gorgeous and worth the early wake-up call.

When traveling to the beach, I like to keep my outfits minimal and tend to stick to basic colors. I love wearing head-to-toe white since it shows off a tan nicely. I have been waiting to wear this top for a while now, and this trip was the perfect time!
