Just when I thought I couldn’t love the off the shoulder look anymore, a blouse like this comes along. Seriously, when I saw this bell sleeve off the shoulder top at Nordstrom last week, I might’ve quietly gasped.

Combine all of these details in one top creates such a cool piece that can be worn a number of ways.

For example, you can pair this bell-sleeve off the shoulder top with jeans and pumps for a nighttime look. Or, to dress for daytime, wear it with ripped shorts and sandals for an easy, casual look.
