Happy New Year you guys!!! I'm sitting here writing this looking back on not only 2019, but the last decade and its incredible to reflect on how much has changed. Not only personally, but professionally. I know if you look back over any 10 year period of time, there are always a lot of changes. However, this past decade had more highs and lows, growths and set-backs, wins and losses, laughter and tears, pain and joy, but at the end of the day/year/decade, this by far has been the best. I keep thinking 2020 is going to be hard to beat 2019, but there is already SO MUCH in store for 2020 that I cannot wait to share with you guys. But more to come on that later.

If you are reading this looking back at your last decade, and you're not exactly where you want to be, don't give up. If there is one thing I can say, ANYTHING can change with ONE decision. Have patience. Have dedication. Work hard. And most of all find happiness. Everyone shares their highlight reel, but trust me there is always so much behind that scenes that you don't see on social media. 10 years ago I was an assistant to 7 people for a huge corporate retailer. A few years later I had zero work/life balance due to promotions I thought I wanted. I pursued a dream which turned into my current reality, found the love of my life, and now I feel like I'm living in a dream because I couldn't be happier. While these last 10 years had plenty of highs and lows, it wasn't until the end of this decade that I found true happiness in both my professional life and personal life.
