    Great look. Love how you’re wearing it in a casual yet stylish manner. Totally covered up top but giving us leg to look at. Totally jealous. I’m tall and all leg. This look would be too naughty shall we say on me. Not sure it would cover my girlie parts. However you make it look effortless & cool.
    I love the elongated vest or as you call it, waistcoat. As for what to refer to it as, I think it depends on which designer you purchase it from. Back on Oct. 27th I did a post on the long vest. It was right before the temps dropped here in NYC and a jacket was needed. I really like the look and have incorporated it in to my work ensembles. When belted, it gives a completely different look.
