Even with summer coming to a close, it’s my humble opinion that the off-the-shoulder trend will continue to live on throughout the chillier season. Of course, it has to be the right kind of off-shoulder top — one that transitions with the changing seasons flawlessly. I’m happy to say this one does just that!
