Last week, I raved about finally finding the perfect white tee. This week, though, I’m back in black with this even more perfect basic throw-on from (where else) Nordstrom! It’s a great cut, perfect weight, and looks so impossibly good with jeans. And speaking of jeans…
It goes without saying that the core of my overall style almost always involves a great pair of jeans. Since I see Nordstrom as the go-to destination for all things denim, I popped in last week on the hunt for a new pair to take home. I had no doubt Nordstrom would have what I was looking for because they’re always up and up on the trends: ripped/destructed, step hem, high rise — whatever’s hot, they have! I decided on this great pair by Current/Elliott, put them on with my new tee and, just like that, my outfit was complete!
The lesson here? Whatever denim you’re after, the answer is always Nordstrom.

The Madewell Whisper cotton t-shirt is by far the best classic t there is! I have it in so many colors and it’s so easy to dress up or down. I haven’t found any other better one yet! Wilmington, DE
