It’s been a heck of a year/summer, and I know I’m not alone in saying I am SO excited that next week is September, which equals fall! Fall is, hands down, my favorite time of year. I love the weather, the leaves changing, and most of all, the fashion (obviously). Jackets, sweaters, booties, layers—fall itself is so versatile and full of endless cozy outfit options!
Today, I wanted to share my excitement for the impending fall season by sharing just a portion of my fall favorites. Over the knee boots, cozy sweaters, cardigans, scarves, fall hats, dresses, and skirts—I could go on but I have to stop somewhere. Browse it all below and start planning your fall wardrobe now!

Cozy Sweater Outfits
Nothing says fall like switching out your summer tanks for cozy sweaters! I grab for a chunky knit sweater 9 times out of 10 the minute the temperature drops below 80º.
I know I’m not alone in my bootie addiction. They’re my favorite fall shoe, and I feel like I have one for every mood, day, and outfit: tan, caramel, black, white—all the booties!
A classic wool felt hat is an amazing fall accessory to have on-hand. Whether you’re having a bad hair day or a great hair day, this chic round-brim hat elevates an outfit instantly.
Whether you wear your over-the-knee boots with jeans or dresses, they’re such a classy, flirty, feminine option when getting dressed during the fall/winter. Having both a brown and black pair in your closet will provide endless outfit options.
All you need is one great scarf in your fall wardrobe to tie an outfit together. I personally love solid-colored scarves; I feel they’re way more versatile and something you can pair with most outfits.
Longer cardigans are the only ones I wear (for the most part). I just love how a good, long-line cardigan looks with a simple tee and jeans and can be worn with heels, sneakers, or booties during fall. It’s such a simple look that looks clean every time.
Dresses & Skirts
A long-sleeve, turtleneck sweater dress is the perfect fall dress. Paired with over-the-knee booties, it’s a fiercely feminine look while also keeping you super warm (a huge plus!). As for skirts, midis and maxis shine during fall. Wear a leopard midi with a sweater and heels for a work lunch, or pair it with booties and a leather jacket for a casual dinner date!
