I love the time of year when dresses and boots become my go-to outfit! There is something so easy about throwing on a dress and great pair of over-the-knee boots that is effortless and chic. I recently picked up this feminine peasant-style dress from H&M. The flirty ruffle hem & tassels are my favorite details & pairing it with my favorite OTK boots from Stuart Weitzman was a no-brainer.
