I don't know about you guys, but it seems like lately all I have been doing is traveling. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE it, and honestly wish I could do it more! Whether I'm traveling to new destinations, returning to old favorites, or even exploring my home-town with a staycation there is one thing for sure; efficient packing makes travel less stressful. Its pretty safe to say my travel posts/packing guides are some of your favorite posts to read, and I love that! For me it really is about taking the least amount of clothing, but maximizing the outfits by selecting versatile items that can be mixed and matched. I prefer to plan ahead by shopping smart in one place, and that's why Abercrombie & Fitch has become one of my go-to retailers.
I think one of the more popular questions you guys ask me, is how to pack for a weekend in a carry-on. Honestly it's not as hard as it might seem, you just have to be ok with repeating some pieces (not outfits). One thing I always make sure to pack for any trip is my favorite pair of jeans at the moment. No matter what time of year or where I'm going, I always wear jeans. Sure, during the summer months I might only take one pair, but I'll definitely wear them! Today I'm sharing outfit ideas for a 4 day summer weekend getaway featuring my favorite pair of jeans. With a few simple styling changes and shoes you can take these looks from the airport to date night effortlessly. Keep reading to see how I styled these jeans & make sure you check out Abercrombie for your upcoming vacations!
Travel Outfit
Whether I'm on a plane or in a car, jeans are a must for travel days. I can get chilly pretty quick, so I will typically wear a t-shirt or a tank, layer with a jacket or cardigan, and make sure I'm wearing the most comfortable jeans!
Casual Outfit
I always try to bring a few t-shirts that can be worn with jeans for casual days/activities. Obviously they look great dressed up, but for something a little more laid back I'm loving this denim on denim combo with an easy t-shirt.
Denim Jacket (small) | T-Shirt (small) | Jeans (Light Acid Wash - TTS)
Day Time Outfit
If you're needing something a little more dressed up, but still casual, I suggest adding a layering piece and pairing the look with flats. I love this linen blazer for summer over the bodysuit and paired with the same amazing jeans. This would be a great weekend brunch outfit!
Night Time Outfit
I always try to bring 1-2 cute tops to wear for a night out. This black lace cami is a great option because not only can you dress it up for a night out, but you can layer it with a jacket or cardigan and pair with sneakers for something a little more casual. Either way its super chic paired with these jeans.
A special thank you to Abercrombie & Fitch for sponsoring this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Those jeans are exactly what I’ve been looking for, but sadly there are very few sizes left in the color you’re wearing….. Bummer!
You really nailed it, with this jean. Only one bottom, and 3 different tops! Smart and pretty!
Great outfits! Can you share who makes the pocketbook you are carrying in the top picture?
Givenchy is the large brown bag & Chanel is the small beige bag
