When I was little my favorite things to wear always had rows of ruffles. Skirts, tops, socks, you name it, I wanted ruffles. Now when I see ruffles on items, it’s hard for me to not find them “little-girl-ish”. However, when I found this dress, I knew these ruffles would be coming home with me. The slim cut, interesting back detail, and modern ruffles are just the perfect touch of feminine without making me feel 6 years old again.

You look fantastic. I’ve had my eye on this dress for some time now. Another blogger (Courtney Kerr) wore/posted it a few weeks back. I love how you both interpreted it so different. You’ve given me a different perspective on the piece. You decided to stay with the cool tones & not wow us with color but focus on the simplicity & chicness. Nicely executed.
