Working from home has many perks, but sometimes those perks, can be hindering. When I worked at my corporate job, I would pick out my outfit the night before in order to not waste time in the mornings getting ready. But now that I work from home, I'll admit there have been days where sweatpants & leggings were as far as I got. Those weren't the most productive days, haha. What I quickly learned was how important getting dressed first thing in the morning was, even if my entire day was spent at home. Since I'm self employed, I don't have a dress code to follow, but I noticed I was wearing almost the same thing everyday.
No matter what time of the year it is, I'll naturally want to wear a comfortable pair of pants. Whether its jeans or trousers, something other than athleisure is best for me. For the top layer, 9/10 its one of my favorite tees. I prefer something comfortable and casual. Of course I love keeping my color palette on the neutral side, so black, grey, white, camel, and denim are what I wear during the week. Although, recently I've been keeping it very simple and just wearing a black top & black pants. It's effortless and incredibly chic. I'll mix up the accessories; belt, shoes and bags depending on what the day calls for, but I've been alternating between my Chanel ballerinas andAmazon mesh flats the most. What's great about sticking to an outfit formula like this is, I'm able to go straight from home, to meetings, to dinner and always look stylish.
I’m obsessed with your beige Diana bag! It is my ultimate dream bag – sooo hard to find.
Your style is incredible, I’ve followed you on instagram for a long time. This is my first time visiting you blog but you’ve always been an inspiration.

Thank you so much!
I’d love for you to do a tuck tutorial! your shirts always have the perfect tuck but no matter how many times i try, i can’t get it right. thanks!
Thank you! honestly there isn’t much to it…i just slightly tuck in off center!
Would love to hear how you get your blacks to match! I never go for the all black outfit because my shirt and jeans seem to be slightly off, which looks sloppy. Yours looks great- any tips? Thanks!
Honestly I don’t let it bother me! I think its totally fine if the blacks are off – then it’s less “matchy matchy”
Great classy look! Black Forever! 😀
Thanks Minau! Isn’t black the best?!
