Each season there is always a new trend to try, and for me, I have been obsessing with off-the-shoulder-tops. However, one of my other favorite trends this season is the ruffle. Feminine. Flirty. Romantic. Found in darling dresses, romantic blouses, oversized & exaggerated, delicate & subtle, ruffles are always a good idea. For a sophisticated combination, I paired the feminine blouse with tailored trousers. The easy elegance of this ensemble is perfectly chic and effortless.
