If I’m ever in a pinch (and even when I’m not), Nordstrom is my go-to. Since I can’t seem to get over my obsession with off-the-shoulder tops, I stopped in Nordstrom to browse the contemporary section. As soon as I saw this Tibi top, I knew it was perfect for the season. The light blue color is the perfect spring/summer transitional shade, and the off-the-shoulder silhouette makes it fun and airy for the warm weather.
