How to Dress Up White Jeans for Fall

It’s 2020. There are no rules—we’re in the upside down. That said, “no white after Labor Day” isn’t a thing and it hasn’t been a thing for years! Winter whites are the best whites, and I’m all for them.

My favorite white jeans are by Everlane. They’re the Cheeky Straight Jeans, and they’re perfect. White denim can be difficult because it tends to size a bit differently than regular denim, but Everlane got it right with these. I’ve written about them before and how good they are; the fact that they’re 98% cotton gives them such a comfortable stretch, so you can wear them day into night with no problem or desire to change into sweatpants.

White denim is like a blank canvas, too. Wear literally any color scheme with it, and it looks chic. Camel, black, bold pops—it all works. If you need some inspiration on how to style your white denim, see if any of these past posts spark an idea! You know how much I love my coatigan (styled here), so of course I took this opportunity to style white jeans for fall with my favorite layering piece.
