Why the Miele CM 6360 is the Best Machine for At-Home Coffee

Miele CM6360 Coffee Maker Review

I have been drinking some form of coffee since I entered adulthood. For me, the entire process of morning coffee is ritualistic from prepping the machine, pressing the start button, fixing my cup, and carrying it over to my desk to start the work day. I really can’t imagine waking up and diving into anything without it!

All that to say, I’ve been on a mission to find the best at home espresso machine for a while now. While I loved having an excuse to grab a coffee first thing in the morning, I love having immediate access to the perfect cup of coffee in my own kitchen even more. Previously, we had a Nespresso machine and loved it. It lasted us a long time, but eventually it started to become more of a headache than an integral part of my morning routine I look forward to. The coffee and espresso pod flavors we loved seemed to always be out of stock and even when they weren’t, ordering more and waiting on the delivery was a lot slower than just going to the store and getting a bag of coffee beans. We started getting our daily coffee from local coffee shops and, while I love supporting small, local businesses, spending money on coffee adds up fast!

Will and I decided it was time to invest in a serious coffee machine that will last us for years to come. After a lot of online browsing and reading reviews, it came down to either the Miele CM 6360 vs Jura E8, both high end coffee machines that are known to be some of the best at home espresso machines of 2024. Because this is such a large investment, I did a lot of research on the similarities and differences between the two. And while the pros and cons of a Miele vs. Jura can be personal, ultimately we decided on the Miele CM 6360 and I couldn't be happier with our decision. Prices were roughly the same and features were pretty similar. I do love that the Miele has Wifi capabilities with an app; I can start my coffee from bed, should I choose. But at the end of the day, aesthetically, the Miele was exactly what I was looking for.

If you are a coffee lover like me and have been considering investing in the best at home espresso machine, make it the Miele. It’s beyond perfection!
