When I was little my favorite things to wear always had rows of ruffles. Skirts, tops, socks, you name it, I wanted ruffles. Now when I see ruffles on items, it’s hard for me to not find them “little-girl-ish”. However, when I found this dress, I knew these ruffles would be coming home with me. The slim cut, interesting back detail, and modern ruffles are just the perfect touch of feminine without making me feel 6 years old again.
