Hello from London! I'm so excited to be back in this beautiful city! The first time I made the journey across the pond, I was with my mom and just 10 years old, so I'm looking forward to exploring the city as an adult. I couldn't think of a better time to visit London than in the fall while all the leaves are changing colors and the temperatures are a little cooler. It's the perfect time for boots, cozy sweaters and layering with jackets.

As soon as the trip was booked, I knew I had to bring my trench coat. It's such a classic style that easily layers over jeans and dresses. I've styled this trench coat numerous times on the blog, but never with a dress. I thought London would be the perfect opportunity to style a trench coat and dress combination. It's classic but a little edgy when paired with booties - and that's exactly how London feels to me. If you have any upcoming trips planned to London, a trench coat is an essential item for any time of the year! They are so easy to pack (I wore mine on the plane), and can pull any look together effortlessly.
